Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Processing & refunds:

pickups take 7-8 days to reach our warehouse. once received, we will issue store credit or dispatch a replacement.

if a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.

Check your bank account for delayed refunds, then contact your bank or credit card company. if unresolved, reach out to us at nawabinari@gmail.com

Exchanges:

exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.

 

Sale period policy:

During sales, prepaid & COD orders are only eligible for exchange/gifts (no returns or refunds).

if the replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of the same value or pay the difference for a higher-value product.

returns/exchanges are free only once. Any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a ₹200 charge, and no returns will be accepted.

No returns/exchanges on the sale collection.
